SimpleHR is looking for a full-time experienced Payroll Coordinator based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll records for various clients on a fast-paced schedule
  • Analyzes PTO and payroll data, prepare reports & process time sheets
  • Accurately calculates tax withholding and payments
  • Acts as a main point of contact for clients regarding payroll inquiries
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree & a minimum of six months experience of payroll experience
  • FPC Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Detailed oriented, self-motivated & organized
  • Strong customer service, communication & phone etiquette skills
  • Managing benefit deductions is a plus
