Referral Specialist

Coastal Skin Surgery & Dermatology is hiring a Referral Specialist in our Miramar Beach office.

The Referral Specialist position serves as liaison between patients, healthcare facilities, and providers by managing incoming referrals, confirming eligibility and benefits and verifying authorization requirements prior to scheduling appointments.

The desired candidate skills include:

• the ability to manage multiple task lists
• high level of attention to detail
• excellent communication skills
• proficient computer skills
• a working knowledge of healthcare plans and their approval processes
