The Okaloosa Arts Alliance (OAA) is thrilled to announce the receipt of a generous $1,000 donation from the German Club and Golden Age Club. The German Club and Golden Age Club's gracious donation will be allocated towards OAA's Arts Grants program, which will directly benefit a local school and arts organization in the upcoming spring.
"We are deeply grateful for the generosity of the German Club and Golden Age Club," said Amy Baty-Herbert, Executive Director of the Okaloosa Arts Alliance. "Their support will have a lasting and meaningful impact on the arts community in Okaloosa County. We believe in the power of the arts to inspire, educate, and unite our community, and this donation allows us to further that mission."
Applications for the arts grants will be made available in February 2024, and local schools and arts organizations are encouraged to apply. The grants aim to fund projects, programs, and initiatives that enrich the cultural landscape of the county, making the arts accessible to a wider audience.
The Okaloosa Arts Alliance remains dedicated to fostering creativity and artistic expression throughout Okaloosa County, and the support from organizations like the German Club and Golden Age Club is essential in making this vision a reality.
