The Okaloosa County School District is proud to recognize Mr. Jon Olson, who qualified on Thursday, May 30, at the 2024 U.S. Senior Open Championship at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club in Montgomery, Alabama. Eighty players competed to advance to the 44th U.S. Senior Open Championship. Jon Olson of Niceville, Florida, and Robbie Cotton of Brewton, Alabama, each carded four under 68. After a playoff, Olson claimed the final qualifying spot.
