Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors is happy to announce that four individuals have been promoted to Members of the firm. We are pleased to recognize their past accomplishments, and we celebrate their future endeavors as they embark on this new chapter of their careers.
Below, we have highlighted the new Member in Fort Walton Beach.
Jeri Groce, CPA (Audit, Montgomery), provides auditing, attestation and consulting services, specializing in nonprofit, higher education and governmental entities. She also has extensive experience in Single Audits.
Stephen Perkins, CPA (Tax, Fort Walton Beach), is responsible for tax planning and return preparation for businesses and individuals. He has over eight years of experience in the field of public accounting.
Jessica Story, CPA (Audit, Atlanta), manages and oversees audits, reviews and agreed-upon procedure engagements. She serves a variety of nonprofit organizations (including schools, foundations and faith-based organizations) and entities in the healthcare industry.
Sarah Clement Magette, CPA, CFE, CIA (Security, Risk and Controls, Birmingham), is a member of Warren Averett’s Security, Risk and Controls Group. She is primarily responsible for internal control projects, including the identification, design, implementation and testing of controls. She also assists with fraud and forensics projects, as well as business process reviews, which involves documenting current processes and identifying weakness in internal controls.
